I saw a hummingbird today. It was blur of blue-green motion lifting off between the Chinese Butterfly Rose and the pink and white bicolor ornamental salvias. It buzzed off into one of Barry's trees across the street. I haven't seen a hummingbird but once before here at this house and that's been several years. I'm so glad that they have found something tasty to sip in my "garden."
